Scholarships by the IIT Ropar

The Indian Institute of Technology Ropar offers various scholarships and financial help to its students, consisting of merit-based, need-based, and scholarships for particular categories, including SC/ST students. Here is list number of the IIT Ropar online cut-off and scholarships available

• Institute Merit-cum-Means (MCM) Scholarships
  
  This is provided to 25% of UG students pursuing Engineering & Technology. An amount of INR 1000 is given to those students (General) per month. It is renewed every year based on educational performance. A CGPA of 6.0 or above need to be maintained by the students for availing this scholarship. For First year students, All India Rank (AIR) and JEE scores are also important.

• Institute Merit Prizes and Certificates
  
  It is awarded to the top 7% of students with a CGPA/SGPA of 8.5 or extra are eligible. An amount of INR 2,500 is given to the students. The merit list might be crafted from 2nd to 5th year based on the educational performances. Final year students are exempted from having much less than 18 credit are not eligible.
