Over 16 Lakh Students Sit for Bihar Board 10th Math Exam, 33 Expelled

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) witnessed a significant turnout as over 16 lakh students undertook the Class 10 Mathematics examination. Amidst the examination process, 33 students faced expulsion for violating examination regulations, according to an official release by the Board.

A total of 16,94,781 students were registered to appear for the matric Math exam. The examination was conducted in two shifts, accommodating 8,50,571 candidates (comprising 4,38,967 girls and 4,11,604 boys) in the morning session, and 8,44,210 candidates (comprising 4,33,227 girls and 410,983 boys) in the afternoon session. The examination centers, numbering 1,585 across the state, included 70 centers in Patna district alone.
